The right windows make a home warmer, quieter, more secure and better looking. The wrong ones can spoil a period property or cost you in heating bills for years. We’ll talk you through the options honestly, including whether your existing windows can be repaired, and fit your new windows to a standard that’s certified under FENSA.

Box Sash Windows

Box sash windows are part of what makes London’s period homes special. We supply and fit new timber box sash windows made to match the proportions, glazing bars and detail of the originals, with the option of slim double glazing for better warmth and less noise. UPVC sash options are available where a lower-maintenance finish suits the property.
Only some sashes need replacing? Our sash window repair and overhaul service can often save the originals.

Casement Windows

Casement windows are hinged at the side or top and suit most houses and flats. They’re simple, secure and easy to open and clean. We fit casements in timber, UPVC and aluminium.

Timber Windows

Timber windows bring warmth and character that other materials can’t match, and a well-made, well-maintained timber window can last for generations. Ideal for period properties and homes where appearance matters.

UPVC Windows

Practical, energy efficient and virtually maintenance-free, UPVC windows are a cost-effective choice for homes, rental properties and larger projects. Available in white, coloured and woodgrain finishes.

Aluminium Windows

Slim, strong frames that let in more light and give a clean, modern look. Aluminium windows suit contemporary homes, extensions and commercial properties, and are available in a wide range of colours.
Glazing Windows

Single, Double and Secondary Glazing

We fit Pilkington glass as standard, and we handle all types of glazing, from replacing a single cracked pane to upgrading a whole property.

Single Glazing

Replacement single glazing for period windows where original appearance matters, including glass replacement in existing sashes and frames.

Double Glazing

New double-glazed units for better insulation and less noise, including replacing misted or failed sealed units without changing the whole window.

Secondary Glazing

A discreet second pane fitted inside your existing window. Secondary glazing cuts heat loss, draughts and noise while keeping your original windows untouched, making it a great option for period homes, flats and properties in conservation areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

In England and Wales, replacement windows must meet Building Regulations. As FENSA-approved installers we certify the work, and you receive a FENSA certificate, which buyers’ solicitors will ask for when you sell.
Yes. New timber sash windows can be made with slim double-glazed units, and in some cases existing sashes can be adapted. We’ll advise on the best option for your property.
If you want to keep your original windows, or you’re in a conservation area or listed building, secondary glazing is an effective way to reduce heat loss and noise without replacing them.
Usually not. Misting means the sealed unit has failed, and we can normally replace just the glass unit.
Most homes are done in one to two days once the windows are made. We’ll give you lead times with your quote.
